LMAC was awarded time on the Anton 2 machine hosted at PSC. Anton 2 is a specialized supercomputer that is capable of biomolecular simulations on the scale of micro- to milliseconds. Our award will allow us to study a conformational switch that we hypothesize regulates the assembly of bacterial surface layers.
